**THE BREAD SHARE IS FULL FOR THE 2024 SEASON**
Toni’s BREAD SHARE
Toni joins Hocus Pocus for a 5th (!) season to provide a weekly share of fresh, handmade, sourdough bread in a variety of flavors and styles. Toni’s bread is naturally leavened with wild yeast, and fermented slowly to develop deep flavor. All of her sourdough varieties include whole grains, making for a hearty and satisfying loaf.
If you haven’t yet tried a bread share, you may have encountered Toni’s bread at Fortnight Wine Bar or the Toaster’s Bakery table at the Dexter Park farmers’ market.
The weekly bake will rotate through a number of varieties, including, but not limited to, classic sourdough, olive sourdough, rosemary salt, whole wheat walnut raisin, seeded whole wheat sourdough, and sesame sourdough. Approximately half of the weeks will be a simpler loaf while the other half will include the add-ins mentioned above (among others)!
A bread share will include one loaf of naturally-leavened bread per week for twelve weeks at a sliding scale rate of $72-$144. This is available ONLY at Providence pickup.
There will be an option to re-subscribe after the first 12 weeks!
