Herb share from night garden
The Night Garden is located on just under 1/3 acre of land and is home to over 35 varieties of culinary and medicinal herbs grown with low-input, sustainable methods. Emily harvests and processes herbs throughout the summer season to be used fresh or dried in tea blends, oils, salves, and tinctures as well as various other hand crafted medicines and home products. Additionally, she hosts workshops and educational events about medicine crafting and plant identification and partners with a beekeeper on the property to support our pollinators and incorporate honey and beeswax into her medicines. For more about the Night Garden, visit nightgardenherbs.com.
The bi-weekly herbal share will run every other week for 20 weeks (you'll receive 10 shares total), and will feature a different herbal remedy or herb product each week. You can expect hand crafted items like tea blends, natural bug repellent, herbal soap or home cleaner, healing salves, tinctures, infused massage oil, cough or elderberry syrup, & more! All of the ingredients in Emily's medicinals are grown, harvested, dried, and created right here at Osamequin Farm, and each product will come with instructions and notes on the medicinal benefits of the herbs included.
The price of the 10 week herbal share is $70-120 sliding scale, and it’s available at both the Providence and Seekonk pickups.
